EDF Luminus distributes electricity and gas and provides energy services under the Luminus brand. EDF  is one of the main Belgian leaders in green energy development and production, operating onshore wind farms and hydroelectric power plants. Since 2001, they have been committed to research into sustainable and eco-friendly solutions for wind power generation. Today Luminus is considered a major and vital player in wind energy in Belgium.

They design projects with respect for the environment, the landscape and above all the residents. EDF Luminus attaches great importance to maintaining good relations with the municipalities, provinces, and regions where the wind farms are located, to minimise the impact on the people concerned.
